After our first stay last year, Living Hotel was the first place we came back to for the Spielwarenmesse Toy Fair, where we've exhibited for 8 years. The room selection impressed us even more this time, and the staff were amazingly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our second visit was even better, so I've already put in an early booking request for 2027 instead of taking a chance on another hotel next year. I hope you can give us the same room we had this year.

The room was spacious, with a kitchenette including a stove and microwave, a seating area, balcony, and a comfy bed. The shower stayed hot, the heating worked well, and the ventilation was good. There's a Lidl behind the hotel for picking up things to make a simple meal, though it's closed on Sundays. The S Bahn station is about a 5-8 minute walk away; the road feels a bit dark and quiet at night. Cars going past could be quite loud, but earplugs helped. There's also a lift. The facilities are nice, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't stay here again, mainly because of the pillows and the extra cost of parking. The pillows were old, yellowed feather ones with about half the feathers missing. They felt disgusting and were really uncomfortable. We also found stains on the table and floor in a few spots, and cleaned them ourselves. Garage parking at €15 a day is insane. It should be free for hotel guests, or at least €5 a day. For a stay longer than one day, the room plus parking costs far too much. The place looked much nicer in the pictures.

We loved this little hotel and would happily stay there again when we visit Nuremberg. It was ideal for our Christmas market trip, with the main parts of the city an easy walk away. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed. The staff were attentive and helpful, and spoke excellent English.
