I spent five nights here and was happy with my room. It was good value, and I had no problems during the stay. There's no staff at the hotel, but the instructions are clear and simple, and the self check-in machine was easy to use. The eight medium-sized lockers are useful if you arrive early or leave late, though a free one isn't guaranteed. I got the last available locker when I arrived early. A laundry facility would make longer stays more comfortable and practical.

Lorenz Apartments is in an amazing location, and we loved our stay, though the price was unbearable. My wife and I booked a studio for one night to visit the Christmas Market and weren't disappointed. The apartment is a cozy little space that makes good use of its size. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. Since the building isn't staffed, I was a little concerned, but the check-in details came by text and through booking, and getting in was easy and quick. Management seems to have taken comments about needing a fresh coat of paint into account. I noticed no mildew smell, and the apartment seemed fairly recently renovated.

Bring your own pillows if you're allergic to feathers. Otherwise, bring your epi pen.

It's a fantastic base for visiting Nuremberg, with great access and very clean rooms, which is a real plus if you're tired of filthy hotels. There isn't much storage for clothes or groceries, though, and the front master room can get a little noisy early in the morning when the shops outside are restocking.

The apartments are modern and really nice, and checking in was super easy. The location is perfect. It's one of the best stays I've had, and I'll definitely be back!
