B&B Hotel Nürnberg-City

The location is great, near the city walls and main train station, with an underground station right outside if you need it. We had a good-sized quad room for our family of three. Breakfast was pretty good, but there weren’t many protein options. There were only two outlets for the whole room, which made charging things tricky. The shower door wouldn’t seal, so water poured out everywhere. We had to build a dam out of towels.

The rooms are a good option when you need to book ahead and want somewhere quiet. It’s also reasonably close to the central station, and the service is convenient. My room was solid for what I’d requested, and staying here made things easier for me.

We had a comfortable stay as a family of four, including our two teenagers. The hotel was clean and near the old towns, and check-in and checkout were easy. The bathroom was good, though breakfast had no hot food, which was disappointing.

We were more satisfied here than at several other similarly priced hotels we’d stayed at in Germany, and this one cost a little less. The staff seemed a bit pushy about charges, though maybe we misunderstood each other: we only wanted to pay for parking and check in later. The walls are thin, and I woke up a few times, but the noise wasn’t too bad. More towels or a heated rack would’ve helped.
