The service was great even though I speak very little German. I felt welcome. I stayed several nights and really enjoyed it, and the hotel is very close to tram line 8, so getting around the city was easy.

The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. It’s a simple older hotel in the old city, with friendly staff and about a ten-minute walk to the old town. Facilities are basic, with no safe or fridge in the room.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the staff were polite and ready to help. Parking was a bit awkward, but the receptionist sorted things out so it didn't become a real problem. Good value for the money. 🙂

Breakfast had fresh ingredients, and they followed all the Covid-19 restrictions. The rooms were cozy and had what I needed for a business stay. It's a handy base for sightseeing, with a tram into the center and the old part of the city also walkable. The location is great for an affordable price. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Nuremberg.

We only stayed one night, arriving late and leaving early, so we barely saw the staff. Still, the manager made the late arrival easy: I called ahead, and they explained that our keys and paperwork were in a locked safe by the entrance and gave us the code. Our parking spot even had our name on it. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, tidy, and nice. Such a cute hotel for a fair price.
