NOVINA HOTEL Südwestpark

The rooms are large, but at €105 a night I expected much better cleanliness. Dust covered surfaces around the room, including the clothes cabinet, and after I ran my hand over it, my palm was visibly dirty (see photo). The window frame and glass were extremely dusty and dirty too, which made the room seem poorly maintained. I also questioned the air quality and worried it might be uncomfortable for guests with allergies. There is no air conditioning, and parking costs extra. On the plus side, breakfast looked good and the dining area was clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the room itself was simple and large. Still, the dust ruined the experience for me. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was in town for a job fair and found this hotel handy for getting to the exhibition centre. The area is quiet. Driving took about 15 minutes to the fair and 20 to the centre, and I never ran into traffic. There’s a covered car park opposite the hotel, about 20 meters away on foot. It costs a fee, but the price is quite low. The room was spacious, very quiet, and had everything I needed to work. My only suggestion would be to offer two firmness options for pillows. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food, and the staff were discreet and professional. I also really appreciated the sauna in the relaxation area. Recommended for a business trip.

A good place to stop during a long drive. The rooms are clean and roomy enough, and the staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, with plenty of choices. For a longer holiday, though, I wouldn't choose it: it's in the middle of the city on an industrial estate.

I had a very comfortable stay. The reception was especially helpful, and the staff were easy to deal with. Breakfast was really good, with lots of variety. I'd book here again if I visit Nuremberg.
