Hotel Prinzregent

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I also appreciated the secure bike storage and believe there’s parking nearby, free at night. Hotel Prinzregent is just beyond the city, beside a park, so it was very quiet. It took me 15-20 minutes to walk to the center, and there’s a beer garden five minutes away. The U-Bahn stop is 200 meters from the hotel and goes directly to the airport. I stayed three nights. The rooms were very nice, with comfortable, wide single beds, and breakfast was excellent.

The room was comfortable, and breakfast had lots of tasty choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s on a quiet street, about a two-minute walk from a U-Bahn station and 15 minutes on foot from the main square.

The staircase is really beautiful and even makes walking up feel nice 🙂 I was in Nürnberg for a business trip, and the hotel was well placed, about a 12-minute walk from the Railway Station. The service was lovely, and breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted great. I tried DominoSteine, which is definitely worth a taste 😋 I’d recommend the place and would like to come back 😊

The only trouble we had was outside the hotel’s control. Our front-facing room had lovely tree views and was peaceful until young people across the way got loud and rowdy for several hours late at night. We like sleeping with the windows open, though shutting them would probably have helped. Even so, this was our favorite hotel of the whole trip. We loved the high ceilings and generous space in the room, plus the large separate tub and shower. The beds were good, the breakfast spread was great, and everyone was kind and helpful. It’s in a great location. There’s an elevator, but you do have to climb one large set of stairs at the entrance. A good mid-range hotel if you value friendly people, comfortable beds, and breakfast.
