The staff were helpful and friendly, and parking was available. The hotel's in a good location, and the rooms are simple but clean. I had a couple of problems, though: the mattress was quite firm and not very comfortable, and water drained slowly from both the shower and sink. It was an acceptable stay, but there's room to improve.

We only stopped here between destinations, but I wish we could have stayed longer and explored the city from this ideal base. The hotel felt modern, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was nice. Breakfast was good as well. I'd certainly recommend it.

The central location and affordable rates make Premier Inn Hotel Nuremberg Opernhaus decent value if you only need the basics. The lobby was welcoming, though check-in could've gone better. The staff member wasn't especially friendly and asked me to pay for a booking I'd already paid for. I had to point that out before he checked and confirmed it. My room was very minimal: no bottled water, fridge, or minibar, and there was no Wi-Fi information in the room or at check-in. From the main train station, expect a moderate walk. It's not very far, but luggage makes it a bit of a trek. If I return to Nuremberg, I might look at other hotels.

After a 20-hour journey, I arrived this evening to find conditions that were extremely disappointing. There was no parking at the hotel or at the nearby lot the receptionist recommended, which was a major inconvenience after such a long trip. The room was unacceptable too. The walls, carpet, and bathroom were extremely dirty, dust filled the wardrobe, and there was no refrigerator, which is a basic amenity.
