Franziska’s care really made this place special. She greeted us every morning and made sure everything was taken care of. Vielen danke Franziska. The rooms were quaint and impeccably clean, with a gorgeous mountain view, and the location is ideal, literally a hundred meters from the center. Breakfast was out of this world: fresh breads, pastries and croissants, delicious fruit, meats and cheeses that changed every day, and good coffee, which is a must. It’s truly a gem in Oberammergau, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, convenient stay.

A quiet spot just behind the town center, with newly renovated apartments and great hosts. Breakfast is included here, unlike at other places.

The quiet location had a nice nearby mountain view, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with lots of variety in an extremely cute breakfast area. It’s about a 30min drive from Lake Eibsee and Zugspitze. The room was new and well furnished, and the toilet was sparkling clean without a stain. The friendly couple who run the place were lovely. We only met the lady, but she was very welcoming, helpful, and generous. Excellent place and excellent service. We’d highly recommend it and hope to visit again!

The apartment was fully equipped and had good wi-fi. The owners were very kind and friendly, and the guesthouse is in a lovely, quiet spot close to the center and shopping area. Maybe I’ll come back one day.
