MOXY Munich Airport

For a short overnight stop, the room was sufficient and the bed was comfortable, though there weren't many amenities and no coffee or tea. The light-up glass bedside tables show dust easily, which seems to be a design issue. Food is available in the bar and check-in area from 7-10 pm. We found the food reasonably priced, but drinks expensive. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and we were glad our flight was late enough to enjoy it. There was plenty of choice for different diets. The shuttle information on the hotel website confused us. It said to prebook and pay, but we arrived unable to call the hotel and hoped we could find a shuttle and pay there. We followed signs to the hotel shuttle area and learned the Airparks bus stops at Stop 11 every 20 minutes and goes to Airparks beside Moxy Hotel. At the hotel, we were asked whether we wanted a return shuttle for 10€ pp. In the morning we went to Airparks one shuttle time before our planned departure to see if we could ride back for free. Nobody checked tickets, and we reached the airport without trouble. We figured we could have walked back to buy tickets, or booked an Uber or bolt for about 15€, if tickets were checked.

I've called the hotel six times and only just reached someone who didn't know anything about the shuttles. They said someone would email me within 24-48h, but it's now been 50h. I've been patient, but I can't risk waiting any longer. We need these details to make arrangements before arriving, and the hotel has taken no responsibility. Unacceptable. How many calls and days of waiting does it take to get an answer?

A Lufthansa flight problem meant I was booked here for one night. The hotel shuttle was free, and dinner from 7pm-10pm and the breakfast buffet were included. It was a pleasant overnight stay. The women at the front desk were friendly and great.

A flight snafu landed me here at the last minute. It was an early morning, but I slept great. Friendly staff, good breakfast, and just 10 minutes to the airport.
