In nearly ten years working in transportation, I've stayed at hotels all over Europe and haven't had service this poor before. I'd booked a room with parking, but was told my van was too big and had to leave the lot. I ended up searching for a space on the busy road outside, where there wasn't parking available. I was only using one space, and the lot wasn't even half full. There were two other vans parked there, but they weren't asked to move. Mine was the only one with Polish license plates. This wasn't my first stay, but after what happened today, it'll definitely be my last.

The room was small but clean and comfortable, which was fine for our one-night stop before a morning flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport, with Bus 512 stopping right outside about every twenty minutes. There's not much around the area, and the hotel's small restaurant was a little expensive. I'd definitely stay at the Premier Inn again on a future visit to Munich.

The room was small but functional, and the location was good for the airport. There wasn't a free shuttle, unfortunately. The sink was unusually high and set so far back against the wall that a child or shorter person couldn't reach it. When I tried to wash my face, water ran everywhere instead of back into the sink. The duvet was absurdly thick, like it was meant for -30 degree weather. There wasn't a proper restaurant, just microwave pizza, and the bar shut at 19:00. CA $186.70 is a stiff price for such a short night.

The room was clean and quite spacious, and the staff were nice. Breakfast was okay. There's a little supermarket in reception, but the prices are super high. There's a big car park out front, although you have to get a new exit code from reception every day.

The only downside was hearing voices from the corridor inside the room. Otherwise it was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I'd gladly recommend it. The room was spotless and well lit, the bathroom decent, and hot water was always available. Premier Inn Müchen Airport ost is very close to the airport and conveniently near a bus stop. Buses run to and from the airport through the night too. Reception staff were there to help us check in at midnight.
