Self check-in worked really well, and the prices are incredible. I called with a question before booking, and the service was friendly and straight to the point. The area isn’t the nicest, but since I was visiting MTW, it was perfect for me. If you’re heading out for the night, you might want to write the access code on your hand.

This was a room on the 4th floor. The torn towel wasn’t my fault, it belongs in the trash because it’s worn out from washing and use. The whole hotel needs attention, especially the carpet on the floor. We’re a group of 12, and they’re complaining too.

Ivona gave us tips on places to visit and where to have dinner and cocktails, and she helped make our stay. My wife and I were here for a few days of leisure, and the hotel was just what we hoped for. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were super nice.

I was left waiting for my room at check-in, without a clear explanation or any update. Ms. Shelen, the receptionist, was unprofessional. As a paying guest, I expected basic courtesy and efficiency, and this wasn’t the kind of welcome I expect from a hotel.

A no-fuss, simple hotel with great value for its convenient location. Rimini pizza is just a short walk away. Bonus.
