The complaints went nowhere, and the soap dispensers were empty. There was dirt in every corner, the cable setup hung crooked, and nobody cleaned the room or emptied the bins. In March the heating didn't work, despite the thin duvet they provided. The TV and Wi-Fi were out of order too, and one poor towel was meant to last the whole week. I've rarely stayed somewhere this bad.

One star feels generous. There was dust in the wardrobe, no instructions for any appliances, and the bathroom had no towels or soap at the sink or in the shower. We got only a quarter roll of toilet paper. The TV had roughly half a meter of cable missing, along with its double adapter, and there was no satellite TV. The bedside table had a cube-shaped power cord but no plug. The room itself had one bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. Even the smoke detector wasn't fully installed and had no battery. The shower and toilet were in separate rooms.

The TV reception was very poor, with only DVB-T available, and the shower leaked. There were hardly any electrical outlets. Rooms were sparsely furnished and badly renovated, and they weren't cleaned or supplied with fresh towels. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't be back.

The heater whistled through the night and kept waking me up, and the bed linen smelled of smoke. The room was clean and nice, though the electrical outlets were hidden and the towel arrangement wasn't clear. The toilet was out in the hallway.
