I had a really nice stay here for a great price. The team was always reachable by chat or phone whenever I had a question. The mattress felt a little too soft for me, though I can see it suiting most people. It might be worth offering a firmer option, with or without an extra charge. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend the place.

The cleanliness was poor, and there was no hot water or Wi-Fi. It was noisy in the evenings and mornings. It also felt like a refugee building.
