Hotel Stranddistel Rügen

From the lounge and the separate, spacious bedroom, we had a lovely sea view. The room was beautiful, very clean, and in excellent condition. Breakfast was included, with a plentiful buffet and lots of variety, and it was delicious. The staff were pleasant too. We’ll definitely visit again 👍

The location is very convenient, near both the center and the pier. It’s a quiet, pleasant hotel with clean, tidy rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, with everything you could want, and parking and Wi-Fi are free. There are lots of TV channels, though none in English.

The hotel is charming, the room was clean, and the location is perfect. Everyone was very friendly. I’d absolutely go back 😊

We were lucky to have fantastic weather, so there were plenty of things we could do. The town center, beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance, though cycling can be a bit challenging. We stayed five days and found the welcome very friendly and helpful. Our room was a little small but enough for us. The furnishings are somewhat older in style, but they work well together. Breakfast is generous. You can ask at check-in to skip daily cleaning. The hotel takes sustainability seriously, with a water dispenser for refilling bottles and self-service drinks, tea, and coffee in the conservatory. There’s a drinks list that’s checked daily. The elevator is a little slow, but it’s quite relaxing.
