The room was lovely and had a great shower, and the host was really welcoming and friendly. I also ate at the hotel restaurant and thought the food was extremely good. The only thing I’d quibble about is the Wi-Fi, which can be hit and miss. I’d definitely return.

A lovely, attractive room. Breakfast was available to book, though I didn’t have it during my stay.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, and a good breakfast. The location is handy too, close to the A7.

It’s really peaceful and beautiful here, and the rooms were clean. The hosts were very friendly. In the breakfast room there’s a refrigerator stocked with inexpensive drinks for guests to take to their rooms. Breakfast was decent, though nothing special. There aren’t any restaurants in the village itself, so getting a meal means walking 2 km uphill to Mittelberg.

The beds were among the most comfortable we’ve had in ages, and the sheltered balcony was a nice bonus. We also had a fantastic fresh breakfast, though apparently it isn’t always like that when there are only a few guests at once. Everything else went smoothly, and the thick walls meant we couldn’t hear anything from neighboring rooms. Thanks, we’d definitely come back! 👍
