Hotel Ruf

There were bedbugs everywhere. Please be careful and don’t sleep there. It was terrible. I noticed small blood stains as soon as I entered the room, then found bedbugs, and my mom was covered in bites. I complained right away and again through booking, but the hotel didn’t seem to care. They didn’t even say sorry, and of course they didn’t return any money. This place should be professionally cleaned in depth and closed. After complaints like this, it should be removed from booking. It’s disgusting and unhygienic, and could be dangerous because of disease spreading.

The rooms were clean and the price was fair. I wish they’d put water or coffee in the rooms. The windows also don’t block sound properly, so you can hear cars going by and so on. P.S. My rating scale is 1, I wish I could complain to some regulator; 2, it sucked; 3, neutral; 4, I recommend it; and 5, I’d return.

We lasted about half an hour before leaving for another hotel. We’d paid for three nights, but were told there would be no refund. The hallway was dusty, smelled strongly of urine, and had mold on the walls and stains all over the carpet. A nightmare of a hotel.

The price is reasonable, but the room gets too warm in summer and there’s no air conditioning. Opening the window brings in restaurant smells and music. On weekends the nearby discos make the bass awful, and the trains add to the noise at night.
