The breakfast was a real treat, with lots to choose from and such a warm welcome. We were there for just one night while attending a wedding, as a family of four with two adults and two children, but had a fantastic stay. Our room was modern, beautifully furnished, and, above all, clean. The staff were incredibly helpful. When we visit my cousin in Philippsburg, we'll definitely stay here again. The little lions are still asleep in the children's bed. ❤️ Thank you! ❤️ 🦁

The room was spotless, spacious, and seemed to have been renovated recently. The bathroom looked lovely too. We spent two days there over a weekend in mid-November 2025, two adults and one child, and ate at the restaurant both evenings. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the staff were so good with children at breakfast and dinner. Our son was thrilled to receive a little lion as a gift. Breakfast was simple, which didn't bother me at all, and there was plenty of everything. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.

We went there for a party and were really impressed by the buffet's good variety and top-quality food. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was absolutely superb. Highly recommended!

The location has a couple of downsides. A church next door rings its bell every fifteen minutes, and the intersection right outside, quiet overnight, gets quite busy from 6:00 a.m. onwards. The breakfast was fine for one night, though nothing special. We may have caught them on a bad day, since everyone raves about it, or perhaps most of the food had already been eaten. There were rolls, three kinds of cheese, cold cuts, ham, jam, honey, and hard-boiled eggs, but no fruit, vegetables, salads, spreads, or anything similar. The rooms themselves were very nice and practical, all new and good-looking, with an excellent bathroom. The price was good.
