4/10
The room had clearly been smoked in heavily by previous guests. We were traveling with a baby and young kids, so sleeping in those conditions was completely unacceptable. The hotel may not be able to prevent that behavior, but they should have told us beforehand so we could choose another room or hotel. We really regret staying there like this. We had room 213, a large family room, and the hotel is conveniently close to the autobahn. Breakfast and staff met expectations.

The Wi-Fi connection was a big problem, and they don't clean the room every day.

The location made things easy, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff were amazing and really helpful, and they gave me a very good discount at reception. One of the best hotels I've ever visited. Totally recommended!

Breakfast is self-service, with a limited food selection, but it was acceptable. The room was small yet clean, and the hotel itself was nice. I'd recommend it to someone on a business trip who doesn't have high expectations.

The staff were wonderful, and the service was really good. They gave us a lovely welcome at the hotel entrance, with great warmth and sincerity throughout.
