This pension has been renovated in a really modern style and has everything needed: a bathroom, bed, sofa, TV and lots of kitchen tools. The owner was very kind and took the keys to a colleague of mine at her workplace because I was arriving late on the first day. That was a really great gesture. I recommend it, the price is totally worth it.

The apartments are clean, and the neighbourhood is quiet. If you don’t have a car but don’t mind walking and using public transport, it can be a good base for exploring Potsdam or Berlin.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, and the landlord is very friendly. But I arrived to find it cold, with both the heating and refrigerator switched off. As a tradesman, I’d hoped for somewhere warm where I could dry my clothes. The shower cubicle and shower head could use replacing with new ones from a specialist shop.

I’ve already stayed here twice, and I’ll happily return whenever I’m in Potsdam for work or a trip. It’s modern, clean, and great value, with a key safe that makes arriving at any hour easy. Mr. Lau is friendly, relaxed, and glad to help with special requests. The neighborhood gets very quiet after 7 pm, then goes back to its usual working-day rhythm. Probably the best place to stay in Potsdam. Thanks so much.
