The food was the biggest letdown. We had to pay for full room and board with three meals a day, and every meal disappointed us. Boiled fennel, ugh. Our plan was to stay six nights, but we left after three and drove three hours to another familihotel on the czech boarder. It was cheaper, gave us a whole apartment, had much more to offer, and served much better food. I can't understand how this place is still running when there are so many other amazing familhotels. Maybe you don't know what a good one can be like if this is your first. Don't let this be your first experience. We were there in winter, so the outdoor facilities were too cold to use and we were limited to the very small indoor pool. My kids liked the go-carts, and the kinder staff were friendly, but don't count on anyone speaking English. The spa is off the resort grounds and very basic, though the spa lady was kind. We stayed in the main building in a two-bedroom room. The kids liked their bunk beds, but the space was overpriced.

Kids will have a lot to do here, with plenty of activities, toys in the swimming pool, and even a mini-cars track of their own. The food is good, and so is the coffee.

We came back after four years and had a lovely little cottage this time. We felt at home right away, and the excellent service, delicious food, and nice pool area made for a wonderful stay. Our son was absolutely delighted. I'd highly recommend it, and we'll definitely return!
