Hotel Pirsch

I was here for two weeks on a work trip. The customer service was great, but the limited amenities and an elevator that couldn't be used on my checkout day made the stay a bit less enjoyable.

The only thing that let me down was the lack of air conditioning. It was hot in June 2025. Still, I'd highly recommend this guest house in any season, especially outside summer. It's near the base, and they understand US military needs and culture. The staff and service were outstanding, and the room included an outstanding breakfast spread. A great local place to stay.

The second-floor room was quiet, apart from the occasional guest talking in the hall late at night, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the varied breakfast each morning, and the attached restaurant and bar were amazing. “big Emma’s “ is just a short walk away and has great service and food. Ramstein AF base is five minutes away. The front desk staff made us feel welcome and helped us every day. Ute was especially helpful and always smiling, a 10 out of 10, and Samuel was pleasant and helpful too, as were the other desk staff. There was one hiccup. After six days, we left the room cleaning sign on the door while we were away overnight, but the room wasn't cleaned and the towels and sheets weren't changed. We told the front desk, and they took care of it immediately. Sometimes it just takes a minute to ask. This quaint hotel has lots of character and many positives, and we'll definitely stay again when we return to Germany.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, but the rest of the place felt old. Breakfast disappointed me too, especially since filter coffee was the only choice.
