I didn’t stay at the hotel, only ate at the restaurant. We were seated right by the waiters, but they still ignored us, and it took ages to get their attention to order or pay. The food was okay, nothing special. The chilli cheese fries needed more cheese, the penne was badly overcooked, and the ice cream was the fake kind, not real ice cream. Yuck! ☹️ They also had a robot cat bringing food, but it seemed inefficient since a worker still had to walk to the table and control it. Felt like a gimmick. The cat was cute, though ❤️❤️❤️

I only ate here, didn’t stay, and really liked the chilli con carne fries, soljanka, and cocktails. The staff were lovely, and the fantastic view was a nice bonus.

We just ate at the restaurant and didn’t stay at the hotel. It’s beside a boat people take to go hiking, so you can stop by for a treat afterward or have a full meal. Our server spoke great English, was quick, and checked on us regularly. The food was delicious, and it was fun to have a robot bring it over. We ordered dessert: soft serve ice cream, a warm gooey brownie, and apple strudel. The ice cream was creamy and delicious, and the strudel came with whipped cream and vanilla bourbon ice cream. Everything was sweet and really good. Five out of five, with my daughter’s seal of approval.

Breakfast and dinner were included, and both were great. The price was fair, and the modern hotel facilities were nice and clean. The rooms were great, and the spa area was wonderful. It’s also close to the area’s main sights. I can only recommend it :)

I’ve eaten at plenty of restaurants, but never had an experience like this. The food arrived cold, and there was hair on my plate. When I told the waitress, she was rude and did nothing. Service was slow and not polite at all. The tables were dirty, and the whole place seemed like it might fall apart any minute. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
