The staff are very friendly, which matters most to me. I had dinner at the hotel three times, and the dishes were really good. Thanks to the restaurant and bar staff for quickly getting hot water for my medication.

The room-cleaning staff made this the worst accommodation experience of our lives. We were there for one night with our two young children and my spouse, during a European tour. Starting two hours before the 12:00 checkout, a cleaner came to our adjacent rooms six times to ask when we were leaving. We explained the checkout time, but she insisted she had to clean before then and eventually told us to leave. She spoke very rudely and disrespectfully to my wife. There was also no air conditioning, water wasn't complimentary, and the hotel was quite dirty. As an ALL Accor Diamond member, I can confidently say this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had.

Good value, comfortable, clean, and pleasant, with friendly service. The location is handy for the highway, and there are no low-emission zones or anything like that.

A good place to stay overnight when you have a flight to or from Düsseldorf, with a great park, sleep and fly arrangement. We arrived around dinner time, but the restaurant was already closed and there was nothing to eat there. We had to go to the McDonald's across the road.

A really handy overnight stop on my drive between the UK and Poland. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything was spotless. The car park behind the hotel felt safe and was quiet, so I slept well and could get back on the road the next morning. It’s well organised and a great price for a quick stay. I’ll definitely return.
