The apartment was very clean and had the things we needed. Anything missing was easy to get from reception, and there was even a fan, which came in handy during the heat wave. The bins directly below the window were the one downside, since they smelled quite bad. Being close to both the town center and the Danube was a real plus.

The family room felt like home. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was great too, with a bus stop about a five-minute walk away and the river only two minutes from the room. I’d definitely like to come back.

Late arrivals get a clear, easy message with the door code and self check-in instructions. The hotel is right in the middle of the old city, and the room has a dining table and a personal luggage locker with a key. The bathroom was clean, and the facilities felt complete. A cozy place, and I think it’s very good for blackers.

The family apartment was well equipped for a big group, with cooking utensils, a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. The beds were comfortable, and the heating kept things warm when needed. It’s easy to find and check into, in a great spot in Regensburg’s old town. The main drawback was the hot water. There was usually enough for about 2.5 showers, so the third person ended up with a cold one halfway through. It also took a long time for hot water to come back. Otherwise, this is very good budget accommodation, and I’d recommend it.
