The room price was acceptable overall, and the staff member who checked us in, Frau Elke, was really friendly and helpful. The lobby and reception looked very modern, but our room was tiny, especially the bathroom. A bit more bathroom space would have been nice.

Parking was validated and came out slightly cheaper, at around 10€/day. The location was pretty central, about a 10-minute walk to the old city center, and still not far from the highway. Our fourth-floor room had a vaulted ceiling and a window about seven feet up, so we couldn't actually see outside. The room was spacious, modern, warm enough, and clean, with nice floors and furniture. Hallway noise was a bit disturbing.

There was a 24-hour bar, but no restaurant for dining, and breakfast was average. The hotel was easy to find in the center, with English-speaking staff. Underground parking cost 9 euro/day. The rooms were basic, somewhere between minimum and average, but well cleaned. They had electric roof windows with blinds, no mini-bar, and there was minimal noise.

We stayed over a cold summer weekend. The heater was off, but at check-in the receptionist explained how to turn it on if needed. Reception really is available 24 hours, as the homepage says, and the service was great even with a very late arrival. For a central budget hotel, the rooms are decent. The bathroom is small, but two people can manage, one showering while the other brushes their teeth. Beds are comfortable, though the pillows are too shallow if you want to read sitting a little upright before sleep. The free water bottle is in a small fridge that you can use fully. To me, not having a minibar is more of a plus than a minus. It's a good place for a short stay, and I'd recommend it.
