The room and accommodation were perfectly fine, and breakfast and its service were acceptable. The morning staff were pleasant and helpful. Dinner was a different story: the food took a long time to arrive, and some of our party received cold meals that had to be sent back. They weren't much better when returned. The waiting staff were very officious and inattentive, with very poor manners and service. I definitely won't return or recommend it to friends.

We were cycling the Rhine radweg, and the hotel sits right beside it, with a secure room for bikes and outlets to charge E-bikes. Our first impression was the friendly, welcoming gentleman at reception, who was helpful throughout. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with two chairs where we could enjoy the amazing Rhine view. The bathroom was also roomy and had a great fan. Breakfast was generous: fresh breads, quality cold cuts and cheeses, homemade jams, yoghurts with toppings, fruit salad, juices, coffee and tea. And my favorite, Bircher Muesli, too. It felt like an oasis, and the price was very reasonable for that level of service.
