Hotel Restaurant Kromberg

There was a farmers market right next to the hotel that weekend, and the location felt very central for the town. The people and the town were lovely, and I really liked the hotel too. It’s a cute little place at a cross street, with Rewe, dm, and Lidl right beside it, so finding food isn’t a problem. A few bakeries nearby fill up with locals having breakfast early in the morning.

I stayed for just a month, and it was a very nice place with polite people looking after me. The owner was a friend of mine, so credit to him. Everyone around the place was friendly and nice.

The WiFi in the rooms was so poor I couldn’t get online.

The wedding buffet was a real highlight, especially the live grill. Everything ran smoothly, the food was tasty and served at just the right temperature, and it even tasted better on the day than at the tasting. Our guests loved it too, and we still hear people talk about the food. We first tried Kromberg’s catering at a tasting and were impressed. We’d planned a grill buffet because Kromberg’s own grill was already at our wedding venue. Later, when we considered a vegan buffet, they let us come back for a second tasting to try those dishes, and those were just as convincing. The head chef was friendly, attentive, and professional. The whole service team worked hard and paid close attention all evening. We’re very happy with Kromberg and would choose them again anytime. Thanks to the team for being such a big part of our special day. We recommend them 100%.
