LoggiaHaus am Schloss, Schloss- und Seeblick

We arrived at the "Pelle" holiday apartment on Monday, August 4th and were greeted warmly. The apartment itself is fine, though its kitchen area is very impractical. The hostess came across as rather patronizing: right away, she told us what we absolutely had to see and do, and praised the apartment highly. The description should definitely say that the apartment is directly beside a busy road. The bedroom is right next to it, and it feels like cars and trucks are driving straight through the room. We were also charged for parking on arrival, which hadn't been mentioned beforehand.

The location of the "Anton" vacation apartment is really good, with everything within walking distance. We stayed for a weekend. The apartment was small but nice, and the kitchen had everything needed. The bathroom was spacious, but the tiny shower screen and almost nonexistent slope meant the shower flooded the whole bathroom. There were only two sofa beds and no regular bed. It was cold when we arrived, with no preheating, and all the heaters were set to 0. At check-in, the woman looked at me and then at my baby and said, "That wasn't discussed." I replied that the baby was listed in the booking and ignored the comment, looking forward to the stay. We couldn't fit the last dishes into the dishwasher, and the pots and pans had seen better days. We paid almost €70 for final cleaning of a one-room apartment with kitchen and bedroom. After checkout, I was told never to come back because we'd left diaper bags outside when the trash can was full. We had to leave two bags out. It's not as if you can throw them out the window. The remarks at the end were extremely exaggerated and very unfriendly. I can't recommend this accommodation for families with babies or small children.

The loggia has a particularly special view of the castle and lake. The apartment on Mühlenstraße, not far from the castle, is ideally located. We spent a relaxing week in the Anton holiday apartment and were impressed by its condition, practical and tasteful furnishings, and cleanliness. Thanks to Mrs. Elke Hintz for the friendly, informative welcome. We felt completely at home in the apartment, in Rheinsberg, and out hiking in the beautiful Ruppin region. The terrace view of the castle, castle park, and Lake Grienerick is fantastic, with some of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen. This was my second September stay at LoggiaHaus. Last time I had the very comfortable ground-floor apartment overlooking the garden, Michel. This time I stayed in the unique Karlsson penthouse. It's charmingly furnished, and you get used to the sloping ceilings quickly. Elke, the warm and welcoming owner, was very attentive. I'd definitely stay again!
