The breakfast was very good and filling, with eggs and fresh fruit included. The rooms were clean and felt safe, whether you choose one with a shared bathroom outside or a private bathroom. Good value for the price and the room you get.

The bar stood out for its schnitzel, cold beer, and customer service. Breakfast was fresh, really tasty, and filling, with a traditional German spread. This is our favorite place to stay in all of Germany. Just be aware the spiral stairs can be tricky with big luggage, so leave it in the car if you can.

We found the owners very helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. They didn't seem out of date, especially for the price. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent value, and breakfast was one of the best spreads I've had during the last two weeks of staying in hotels in Germany.

The front desk is unattended at some times, so you'll need to use the doorbell to reach staff and get the door opened. There aren't many choices in this town. The room was good, and so was the restaurant.

The rooms smell really bad. Terrible.
