The location made it easy to walk to the city's good restaurants and bars, and getting to the apartment was simple: the ground-floor elevator takes you straight there with your room key. Inside, there was loads of space, including a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a generous entrance area. It was very clean and well equipped, and the value for money is hard to beat. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Erding.

Being able to get into the room at 10:00 AM, ahead of the 12:00 PM check-in, was helpful, and someone answered the phone right away. Still, the cost made the shortcomings hard to overlook. There was no refrigerator, the room felt dark and old-fashioned, and with a booking for two there was only one coffee stick. The breakfast booking turned out to be a €20 voucher for the restaurant around the corner, not even a breakfast voucher, so we had to pay extra. Disappointing for that price. Next time we'll choose another hotel.

We had a 3-day ticket for the trade fair, but ended up going home after the first day. The room we got was only 4 square meters, and I couldn't even fit in the bed. I had booked months earlier after seeing the photos on their website and on Booking.com or Check24. They gave the room I booked to someone else for a lot of money, then seemed to think they could put the Turk in a tiny room. On the phone, the owners were incredibly rude and racist. It can take months to get a written reply. They write nonsense and leave you waiting, apparently hoping you'll give up. That's Amazon quality for you. Ama Hotel insists I booked the room shown in the photo in March. Were they supposed to book me a room with no photo at all? That's what Amazon's reply said 😂😂😂 They shouldn't even get one star. Absolutely not recommended.

The place was very clean and nicely furnished, and I'd happily stay again. When I contacted them in the evening because I badly needed sleep after long, early workdays, I could hear the TV next door. They moved me to a quiet room right away, without making a fuss. That's how service should be. The rooms are lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
