The staff were friendly and the location is excellent, but there was no room service at all. We stayed six nights over New Year's Eve, and the room was never cleaned or given fresh towels. Breakfast was the same standard selection every day and cost €10 :-( For these prices, a holiday apartment would be a better choice. Fine for a short stay, but there was no service during our longer visit.

We’ve stayed here several times, and the friendly service has always been a plus. This time, though, the Corona pandemic meant we missed the delicious breakfast, usually the highlight for us. Maybe breakfast could be offered in the room in future? It wouldn’t need to be much, just rolls, cold cuts, cheese, jam, eggs, coffee, and tea. There are also plenty of nearby places for a nice breakfast. We were here as a couple for two nights. The rooms are okay, but could do with updating, especially the worn bathroom, so I’d give it four stars overall.

The restaurant is quaint and highly recommended, with a good breakfast selection. The hotel itself is small and charming, right on the Alter Strom (Old Stream), and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very small, though that’s typical for Warnemünde, and some things need professional renovation. For a place in such a prime spot, the price is excellent for what you get.

The view and location by the harbor are what make this feel like a five-star stay. The two large apartments facing the Alter Strom look out over the water and passing ships. Breakfast is okay for a 3-star hotel.
