The waterwheel is magnificent and gives the property a lot of charm. It's in a picture-perfect spot by the river below the main town, with a little village feel, yet restaurants and the like are only a five-minute drive away. We stayed just one night and would thoroughly recommend it. The room was spotless, and the beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was extra and very good.

A peaceful countryside spot just outside the city, about a ten-minute walk away. The room was spacious, the beds really comfortable, and the host was great. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend it.

Alex was so kind and accommodating during our two-night stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water mill's steady background noise made it very pleasant to sleep. We also really enjoyed the fresh, delicious breakfast.

The pensione is spacious, modern, and very clean, and it still runs on a water wheel that you can see. Breakfast in the morning was nice, too. I highly recommend coming in the Fall, when the walk up to Rothenberg is especially enjoyable, over a covered bridge and along an easy path up the hill. A great place to stay, and I can't wait to return.

We stayed around New Year's Eve and found the rooms and bathroom clean. The service was so friendly and hospitable, a 10/10. We plan to come back when we visit Rothenburg again.
