We were glad to find this hotel when our last-minute trip coincided with all the Europa-Park hotels being booked well ahead, and charging a lot during the festive season. It's extremely close to the park, and the shuttle bus stops right beside the hotel, so getting there is easy. Lidl across the street is handy too, and there's parking for €10 a night, including one complimentary entry to the Europa-Park car park. Our Deluxe room was bright, clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows gave us a spectacular front-row view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. We also enjoyed a cosy dinner at the rooftop restaurant, which has a lovely terrace. The staff were courteous and professional. I didn't get the night receptionist's name, but he was exceptionally polite and friendly, and gave us genuinely helpful advice and recommendations. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the owner checked in with us over breakfast to make sure everything was okay. Breakfast itself was very good, though I didn't try dinner. We found the hotel affordable and well located for both Rulantica and Europa-Park. There's a large supermarket just 50-100 meters away, and the family room worked for two parents and two kids.

We barely heard any noise, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly, and the food was very good. There are free buses to Europa-Park from just around the corner. After a full day at the park I was knackered, so I might not have noticed much noise anyway.

Handy for a Europa-Park trip, or if you're nearby and just need somewhere to rest. The rooms are clean, but aside from shampoo, they don't have many basic amenities.

I meant to write this after our November trip. The hotel is handy for Europa Park, especially when leaving by the park's rear exit, since there's an easy path back. In the morning, the bus to the park stops right outside. There are a few grocery stores and some limited restaurant choices nearby, plus the hotel's rooftop bar and restaurant.
