The stay itself had been fantastic. The accommodation gave us the space we needed, and I wasn't disappointed by the staff or owner. Breakfast was more than we could manage, and I felt bad leaving so much. I usually choose upscale resorts, but I was happy with this experience and would say there's no need to be afraid to book. I later changed my review because a few months after our stay, they charged my credit card again, for over 500€. I complained right away, but it took a month to get the refund. It was super scary, and I don't want anyone else to lose money.

They told me my credit card was invalid and asked me to transfer money to secure the booking for my family. Then, four days before we were due to arrive, we had to cancel because of a family death. The hotel refused to return the money or even offer a voucher. I found the way they dealt with us rude and unprofessional, and felt they were dishonest about the card. A greedy, selfish hotel, and the worst one I’ve dealt with.

The room was cramped, and despite having a fridge, it had no kitchen basics like dishes, cutlery, a microwave, or kettle. Thank goodness there was a Lidl nearby. We also had trouble with the owner, who was very rude and asked for extra money at check-in because we thought we’d booked for three people rather than two. We saw him behave the same way toward staff. Guests and employees deserve better treatment, and this place could do much better if the owner changed his approach. Save yourself the disappointment and stay elsewhere.

A good villa, though it only has one toilet.

A quiet, very clean place. Nice, too.
