I arrived at 9:20 PM, before the 10 PM check-in cutoff stated on my voucher, and my payment had gone through. Still, the owner refused to give me a room. I ended up spending the night outside in very cold weather. The owner was extremely rude. Based on what happened to me, I’d warn anyone against booking or staying here. One of the worst hotels in Saarbruken.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful, breakfast was great, and the recently renovated rooms were in a quiet area. If you’re driving to visit Saarbrucken, free parking right in front of the hotel is a real plus.

I visited from Australia in 2011. Our room on the third floor was quite small for a family of four, and getting our bags up all those flights of stairs was a bit of a task. The service was good, and breakfast was okay.

It’s nicely located in the city, and the service is great. The hotel may be a little dated, but it’s in good shape. A great place.
