The new Apartments are clean and fully equipped, even with a Nespresso capsule machine. Self check-in was easy, and the host communicated quickly and well. The location wasn't my favorite, and the building next to Burger King doesn't have much charm.

Big, clean rooms and really fast internet, which is a big plus. Best hotel of all time, with everything you need.

The woman who works there is one of the politest German people I've met. There are a lot of complications with registering, though, and with NFC technology being used for everything...

Never again. Outside the door, people were hanging around and drinking alcohol, and the location was horrible. It was freezing inside, and the heating took ages to warm the place. The kitchen had no equipment at all, not even plates, knives, or forks, so cooking was impossible. Netflix and YouTube and the other services didn't work. When I contacted the host, they were rude and said this was normal and I had to pay for kitchen equipment. A very bad experience, and a disgrace!
