The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the whole place was spotless and well kept. We stayed for several nights, used the sauna, and had both breakfast and supper there. The staff were attentive and wonderful. We also enjoyed hiking and exploring the area.

The sauna was HOT, and jumping into the freezing pool afterward was the perfect finish. Jagerhaus was clean and spacious, and the staff were accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, with the best breakfasts and dinners of our travels in the Black Forest. Can't wait to return for Christmas. Thank you, Ava!

The food was above average and there was plenty of it, with friendly, good service. We had two small issues: our main course came before we'd finished the starter, and there were lots of wasps while we ate outside.

Right in the heart of Schwarzwald, the location is stunning, with the mountains and hiking trips close by. We were very well hosted and the breakfast was excellent. I absolutely recommend this place.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere cozy, and the sauna is a lovely extra. All the staff are great people. It’s really good value, and I’d gladly come back. I can’t recommend it enough.
