Villa Bella Vista

Villa Bella Vista was a great place for our March break. The apartment was well kept and had everything we needed, and the sea view was priceless. The setting is simply stunning. We’d love to return.

An overbooking at Pension Kreidefelsen unexpectedly got us upgraded to a holiday apartment at Villa Bella Vista. The renovation is beautiful, and the huge balcony looks out over an incredibly stunning sea view. It felt like a dream!

This was our third stay in Sassnitz with the Ladhof family, now the Feldmann family, at Villa Bella Vista. We came for New Year’s and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was very clean, and its lovely balcony had a fantastic sea view. The days flew by. Thanks for such a pleasant, wonderful stay.

We loved spending time on the spacious balcony, looking out at the sea. Honestly, that view alone would have made the stay worth every penny. The first-floor apartment was very well furnished, with everything we needed, including two coffee makers, one for ground coffee and one for filter coffee. The landlord was friendly and always helpful, and there’s private parking. The promenade is 200 m away, the national park and chalk cliffs are 500 m away, and Netto is about 800 m away. Sassnitz has plenty of interesting places to walk, with the beach promenade, pier and lighthouse, suspension bridge, old town, and national park all practically on the doorstep. For swimming, there’s no proper beach in town, only a small unsupervised bathing area. You have to drive toward Prora or Binz, about 10 or 15 minutes respectively, for miles of beautiful beaches. We had no trouble finding parking anywhere, but bring plenty of coins for the old parking meters. They only take coins. Free spaces can also be found here and there without much trouble.
