Villa Seeblick 209: Lichtdurchflutet und Ostseeblick!

The magnificent view from the fourth floor takes in the Baltic Sea in three directions. We found the apartment clean and spacious, and could reach it by elevator or stairs. Parking caused the biggest trouble. The website implied it was at the building, but an email arrived 24 hours before we got there saying the space was in a garage 800 meters away. We appreciated the notice, but the pass wouldn't let us into the garage the day before we left, so we would have had to pay ourselves. The booking agency was reachable but couldn't understand the issue. We ended up cutting our holiday short by a day. Communication was poor in other ways too. We had a code for a key box, but there were several around the building and no directions to identify the right one. We also weren't told what to do with the key and parking card when leaving. An information folder would have helped, and might be useful in future. We won't book another holiday at this villa.

We stayed on the third floor and really enjoyed our time. The place was very nice, well kept and furnished with a lot of care. The open view across the Baltic Sea was fantastic.

The apartment had good furnishings and an elevator, and the view was really beautiful. The weather was so good that we spent a lot of time out and about, so we didn't get to enjoy the apartment as much as we'd hoped.

The apartment is lovely, with quality furnishings and everything provided, plus a fantastic view. The only downside was parking: there's no space right at the house. The garage is okay, but awkward when you're bringing e-bikes.
