It was very quiet throughout the hotel, and my room had a desk. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am, which is handy if you’re heading to the castles. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s parking and free WiFi. The whole place is free of cigarette smoke. I can definitely recommend it.

We arrived without a reservation during an exceptionally busy time, but they still found room for us. After the first day we had to move rooms, which was fine, and when we asked to stay a third night, a cancellation luckily came through. The rooms are lovely, and that view is something else. Breakfast from the buffet was so good, and everyone seemed to be working hard to make guests’ stays perfect.

The location is great, and the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms feel dated, and there’s no elevator, so you may have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was average. Thank you.

The receptionist gave us such a superb welcome and had a really strong service mindset. Breakfast was great, and the room felt cozy. We were also given a free public ticket for our stay, which saved us a lot of money. We were impressed with everything and totally recommend this hotel.
