Parking was available just 20 m down the street, and the guest house was easy to find, especially handy for the local area and the US Air Base, about 10 minutes away. My room was clean, nicely sized for a short stay, and had a mini bar with very affordable prices. The host was lovely and helpful. Breakfast needs to be arranged for your preferred time, and it had the usual choices, including fruit, juice, cereals, bread, meat and cheese, plus freshly cooked eggs and smoked ham 😋. A delightful, traditional German guest house.

The beds were really comfortable, and the quiet location made for a good night's sleep. We came back after a lovely stay in October 2021 and got another warm welcome from Octavia. Our room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was excellent, especially the home-cooked eggs and apple cake. We had another great visit and will return.

We loved the quiet countryside, the roads and even the chilly weather. The place was comfortable, clean and well maintained, with parking available and a safe-feeling neighborhood. The owner was friendly too. We enjoyed our stay and are coming back.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight, and the staff were very friendly. The beds could've been a little more comfortable, and the shampoo and soap in the shower weren't the best, so I'd bring my own. Still, I had a great stay.

We stayed in one of the apartments and absolutely loved it. The owners were very sweet, everything was beautiful, and the village was lovely, with a walking path nearby. It was quiet and relaxing. Bigger towns and cities weren't within walking distance, but a grocery store was 7 minutes away, a German restaurant 6 minutes away, and a bakery was a 10-minute walk.
