The balcony room had a fabulous view, and it was clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. The host was friendly and wonderful too, so I'd recommend staying here. One downside: Wi-Fi and internet both worked poorly, and most of the time I couldn't connect to either.

Breakfast was very good, and the hostess was polite, though we didn't feel especially welcomed. My partner and I stayed this spring for a night while traveling farther south. The property is aging and needs renovation. It works as a stopover, but I wouldn't choose it as a vacation base in such a lovely region.

The hostess was friendly, and the rooms are well equipped. It's also close to the town where boats depart for Chiemsee. Definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the hostess was very friendly. We had a sunny, nicely furnished room with a balcony and mountain views. The quiet setting and charming courtyard were lovely, as were the fireplaces in the hallway and breakfast room. Great value, and we'd be happy to return.

We had a large, quiet room with a big balcony at this lovely farm stay. The setting was idyllic, breakfast was very good, and Lake Chiemsee is about 2 km away.
