The view toward the pier is nice, the rooms are clean, and staff were helpful enough to arrange a bicycle rental for me. You also get a €5 voucher for each day you choose not to have your room cleaned. The pillows are much too soft, the carpet smells bad, and the walls are thin. My bedside wall would vibrate whenever someone opened or shut a door. So, it's OK.

Really great service, a lovely view, and a great location. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean.

What a wonderful city, and this central hotel is so friendly and nice. Alexander, the manager, is the best I've ever known. He goes out of his way to help, in a professional but friendly way. Thank you, Alexander.

A quiet, clean business hotel with pleasant staff, good breakfast, and good value. It's right beside the old canal and the "fischmarkt"/altstadt.
