The host was responsive, and both check-in and check-out were very easy. The apartment had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, and the spacious rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s close to the Malerweg, the lovely town square, restaurants, the train, and the ferry. A great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back.

The hosts were always reachable and got back to us quickly, so a big thank you to them. The apartment and whole house are spotlessly clean and lovingly looked after, with everything we needed for everyday life. The sauna and basement common room made the stay even better. It’s a fantastic family place in a prime location, and we’d book again next time we’re in the region.

As a trail runner, I could set out on great routes straight from Stadt Wehlen, without the hassle of traveling elsewhere. I came back in the evenings exhausted but happy. I’ve practically become a regular at the Felsenpost holiday apartment, and its peaceful atmosphere is just as good for focused work as it is for unwinding. It’s ideally placed in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. Felsenpost is always worth a visit. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Haus Felsenpost. The friendly, uncomplicated contact made things easy, and the apartment was cozy, lovingly furnished, and very clean. We especially liked the house’s historic charm and quiet atmosphere. Right in the heart of Stadt Wehlen, it’s directly on the Elbe and an ideal starting point for hikes in Saxon Switzerland. We’d gladly return!
