Bring what you need for extras, since there aren't any little grocery shops close by, and dinner options are limited too. We came in early spring, when it was chilly; the lovely beaches are right nearby, though they seem suited to July and August. The staff were wonderful and found space for our bikes in the garage behind the hotel, and breakfast was adequate. For a hotel in a national park within reach of Berlin, I expected more upkeep. It needs some care.

The three of us stayed March 14-17, 2026, in this spacious house. Apartment 6 has ceilings just over 3 meters high, though some of the ceilings elsewhere have been lowered. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, as promised. There aren't many shops in this small town. You can get coffee and cake, and there are restaurants, but unfortunately they were closed while we were there. For shopping in Gransee or Fürstenberg/Havel, having your own transport is a good idea. The rooms are roomy, but when several people are in it, the living room and open kitchen feel cramped. Furnishings are a matter of taste. Five stars, what else? Well, that's a matter of opinion 😇😁.

We only stayed one night, and we'd happily recommend the accommodation. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was generous and put together with care. Thanks so much, we're already looking forward to coming back soon! 💝
