The receptionist was really helpful and even offered breakfast after the booking price mix-up, though we didn’t take it. We’d booked online for 8€, but at the hotel they said that was an error and offered 70€ for two people instead, which we accepted. Everything else was fine. It’s a funny letdown to think you’re paying 8€ and then end up paying 70€ because of their mistake 😅 They should keep the website up to date 😊

The room’s electricity card didn’t work, but the staff sorted it out. Cleanliness needs attention: the floors were dirty in the entrance, lift and hallway. Our room also wasn’t ready when we opened the door at 4:15 PM, although check-in starts at 3 PM. Cleaner floors would make a big difference to comfort.

We had trouble with the internet in the morning, especially around the dining and waiting areas. Still, the staff were very friendly about accommodating our late check-in. The room was spacious, clean and fine for two, with warm water too. Breakfast ran from 6:30 to 10:30 am and had most of what we needed. For the price, I’d come back.

The room was large and had a kettle, but that was about it for the positives. We paid 80 euros for a room for two, plus 12 euro for parking. The hotel is old, the nearby road was very noisy, and the sink and shower drains were clogged. On our first morning the water was barely warm, with no hot water. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were clean, and there was a TV with German channels, but the beds were hard and there’s no AC, so it got very hot inside. At night, traffic made the location loud, and the elevator was very slow. Wifi is free but didn’t work. There was only one pillow per bed, garage parking cost 15€ a day, and breakfast was expensive at 25€ per person. 3/5 ☆
