We tried the restaurant on our way back from holiday after seeing mixed reviews, and the food and service were very good. My boys put the Alpenburger among the best burgers they've ever had, and they know their burgers. The other dishes we ordered were tasty too, and service was friendly and quick. The place looks old, or is old, and could use a bit of freshening up.

There's plenty of parking, and when the weather's good, the outdoor beer garden is the place to sit. The Bavarian food has lots of variety, and the staff are very professional. It has a nice historic feel overall.

We went for Monday lunch with my parents, our 3-year-old, and our 1-month-old. The waiter gave my daughter pencils to draw with, which made her very happy. Great food and drinks, and top-class service.

Nice place and atmosphere. The service could've been better, and the food was just okay.

We arrived to find the restaurant full, but they found us a nice table. The waiter did a great, professional job all evening. A cozy spot for typical Bayerische meals and great beer. Recommended!
