Breakfast is delicious, brought to your room at the time you choose and with the selection you prefer. The owners do their best to treat guests like royalty and help wherever they can, which makes this little guesthouse a real hidden gem in Munich. I've stayed here for business for a year, first now and then and more recently on a regular basis. The location is spot on, central in Maxvorstadt but on a quiet side street. Restaurants, bars, snack bars, shops, and the U2 at Theresienstraße station are all within easy walking distance. The price is very good too. Affordable, decent hotels are hard to find in Munich, and many three-star places I've tried can't compete. Rooms have a shower and sink, while the toilet is shared among the few rooms on each floor. They're thoughtfully and stylishly furnished, with a TV and free Wi-Fi.

The beds were the highlight for me, such a comfortable night's sleep. The rooms are lovely, clean, and individually designed, and there's a TV in each. Free Wi-Fi is available too. The hosts are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Right in the heart of Maxvorstadt, Pension Geiger has a perfect location and exceeded all my expectations. The whole stay felt harmonious, the sort of place that deserves a spot in a travel guide.

We all felt very comfortable here, and I'd happily stay at this lovely, exceptionally friendly guesthouse again. The young Geiger family gets five stars from me for the great value. My daughter, her three-month-old baby, and I stayed for four nights. The guesthouse is right in central Munich, in Schwabing, and is run by a very lovely young couple. The rooms have recently been renovated and modernized, and were very clean and quiet despite the street traffic. At these reasonable rates, the toilet is shared in the hallway, but it was clean, well maintained, and had disinfectant. Breakfast was brought to our room at the time we asked for, which was especially welcome with a baby. It included eggs, cold cuts, cheese, coffee, tea, honey, jam, Nutella, and fresh rolls. Parking in Munich is still a problem, but with some luck you can find a space if you reserve in advance. If all the spaces are taken, you can get a parking permit. From there, you can take the S-Bahn, tram, or U-Bahn, or walk into the heart of Munich, though transit wasn't ideal for us with a baby. Sincerely, M. Staincz.

The room was okay, but the shower wasn't good, the Wi-Fi had no reception, and there was no breakfast. The hallway toilet has a glass window in its door. This isn't suitable as a business hotel. I won't stay here again and don't recommend it.
