I’ve never had a worse hospitality experience. There was no clear communication from the host, and we couldn’t find the address or get into the place. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy. They also made false claims about us to justify the poor service. Avoid it at all costs.

The address was incorrect, and I couldn’t get hold of the host for over an hour. There was smashed glass and cigarettes by the building entrance, with rubbish outside the property door. The “host” communicated rudely and also lied to Booking.com to avoid giving a refund.

When we arrived late, the room hadn’t been cleaned. The bedding had been used and there was trash around, as the images show. It was close to midnight and we were exhausted, so we didn’t try to complain on WhatsApp. There were two clean towels, which we used to cover the top of the beds. We lay down in our clothes because the beds felt too gross otherwise. They weren’t comfortable either, and after a short night we left early in the morning in disgust. Before arrival, all the contact had been through WhatsApp. It was impersonal but professional, with images and videos explaining clear dos and don’ts. The don’ts came with threats of extra costs if we didn’t follow them. I waited another day before contacting the manager with a complaint. I sent the owner photos and asked for a refund, even offering not to write a review if he refunded us. His response was unprofessional: no apology or acknowledgement of the situation, and no refund. Worse, he rudely accused us of trying to blackmail him with a bad rating and threatened legal action. He should have offered a refund or some compensation whether or not we were going to review the place. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
