The apartment was basic and no frills, but clean and had what we needed: a comfortable bed, a working bathroom, and reliable heating. For us, it was a practical base for exploring the wider Black Forest region, though the paths to the Triberg waterfalls were closed during our winter visit. The self check-in instructions were clear, and arriving after a long journey went smoothly. The main reason we chose the pension was its competitive price, and the value for money was genuinely strong. It suited us as visitors who cared more about affordability and independence than luxury. We'd consider staying again if we return to the area.

There was free parking on the street behind the house. The place itself was cozy and close to both the village centre and the waterfall, right beside a little lake with ducks.

It was a traditional-style apartment with a pretty nice view, and everything was self-service. The location is fairly close to Markplatz and the Waterfall. 7/10.

We had great views and two balconies to choose from. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There was free parking, plus an excellent breakfast basket delivered to our room for only €6 per person. There's a restaurant on the premises, and it's an easy walk into the town centre.

The apartment had a cozy feel, with a sofa, two balconies, and a kitchen of our own for cooking. We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the surroundings. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to :) I'd love to return.
